Below is our shipping and returns policy.

Free 30-Day Return Policy

We feel confident that you'll enjoy our products, however, if for some reason you wish to return your purchase, we have a 30-day no-hassle return policy. Restrictions do apply, so be sure to review all the info below.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do not accept returns on international orders. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, meaning that the product is in pristine unused condition in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original packaging, and in pristine condition, or is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be assessed on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to refuse these refund requests.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded.

You are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Additionally, all shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Order Fulfillment

Currently most products are manufactured to order.   This means that every time an order is placed, your item/items are added to the manufacturing queue and your product begins production.   This process can take on average up to 4 weeks due to high demand.  Sometimes for unforeseen circumstances, this time may be longer.

Our team is growing and as we grow we will be decreasing production times and shipping products much faster.

If your item is in stock, we will fulfill the order within 48hrs.   In some cases there will be times when, due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances, we'll be dependent on our suppliers in order to dispatch your order.   We will call this out on our product pages when we are aware that this case exists. We charge your card (or other payment method) at the time of purchase. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

We may also offer store credit in some situations.   Store credit can be used on any future purchases on our website.  To receive a store credit you must first create an account on our website if you have not currently done so.  You can create an account here.  https://aviationtrainingfoundation.com/my-account/

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@aviationtrainingfoundation.com and send your item to:

International Shipping

Any duties and or taxes that are due on any order are the responsibility of the buyer.

All shipping quotes you receive on the site DO NOT include the aforementioned duties and or taxes as we have no way to calculate those fees. The carrier will notify you of the fees due once your order has cleared customs in your country. If you refuse to pay the import fees that the carrier asks for, we WILL NOT refund your purchase price or shipping fees.

We will not split orders into multiple shipments due to inventory shortages or any other circumstance. Additionally, we do not accept returns on international orders.

Delivery issues

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address being entered at the time of purchase, or if you're for some reason unable to accept the delivery, eg. you ordered something, then went on vacation, we will only resend the package to you at your expense.
